This is the process to check the knitted panel. After knitting different pieces of product, the kntting inspectors check the quality of the knitted fabric on the basis of different criteria.`
The working procedure of this section is to link the different panels to produce a complete knitwear product.
In linking department the operator links the different panels by using linking machine.
CMT stands for Cut,Make and Trim. This area consist linking, cutting, mending, pressing and makeup departments.
In this process there are special operators for reparing the defective pannels and products.
In this process products are checked by using inspection kits with filter light inside the cylinder.
The objective of knitwear garment ironing is to give permanent shape of the garments and to improve asthetic value of the garment. It requirea heavy stress for knitwear garment pressing.
A lock stitch is actually a very fundamental stitch on any sewing machine - when the machine makes single stitches, the top and bottom threads "lock" together, keeping them secure in the fabric.
