We have electronic flatbed knitting machines producing garments in 5, 7, 10, 12 & 14 gauges. We can knit approximately 500 to 1000 units per gauge per week.
Automated machines for steaming and cutting ensure all garments meet your precise measurements.
Our rewinding and knitting processes are such that the panels come out perfect in colour & handle. The washing process is crucial to maintain the strength and quality of the yarns and garments. All washed panels are pressed before proceeding to linking or overlocking of garments. We have specialised and trained employees for these machines who help us get maximum output in desired time frame.
Our makeup comprises of a variety of machinery enabling us to ensure your garment is finished to the highest quality standard creating a perfect look and fit for your customer. The Make-up department is equipped with Linking, Over-locking, Seam-covering, Lock-Stitching, Button-hole, Button-sew and all the ancillary machinery needed to make a garment.

For any business to succeed, quality assurance should be on top of its list. We have quality control units on intermediate as well as final stages. Knitted panels are checked before washing and after being finished. Besides just Mending, we have lamp checking to ensure even a single hole on lightweight garments do not go unnoticed.
