Sampling is managed in-house by our highly skilled & experienced design team, with full commercial & production knowledge.
Samples can be produced from sketches, tech packs, inspirational images, and swatches or from our swatch library.
Designs and technical drawings are made on our Shima Seiki Apex World-class CAD design system.
Initial sample lead time from stock yarns - approximately 7 days.
Sample development is possible in fine 14, 12, 10 Gauge to 5 Gauge Chunky fabric qualities.
Knit structures and stitch details - Cable, Jacquard, or Intarsia knitting is possible.
Natural Yarns: Local: 100% combed cotton, 100% organic combed cotton, 100% Gassed Mercerised Cotton, Cotton wool blend.
Natural Yarn Imported: 100% Italian spun Extra fine Merino Wool, 100% Lambswool, 100% cashmere from U.K. Other blend is possible.
Man-made yarns Local: 100% viscose, Cotton Viscose blends, Modal cotton, etc.
Synthetic Yarns Local: 100% Acrylic, Acrylic Wool Blend, Cotton acrylic Blends.
Sample Yarn Imported: Merino-Silk blend, Cotton-Silk blends.

KNITTING DEPARTMENT

Knitting Capacity : APP 12000 PCS /Month Across Gauges
Our highly expereienced technicians are capable to handle complex designs & small MOQ.

All the Knitted Panels are checked individually for measurements & knitting fault immediately off machines.
Further fabric QC checks are done on glass table.
Washing process is done with certify detergent only.
Our highly skilled linkers assemble the garment carefully according to style and spec.
Hand finishing is carried out on linked garments
All the other operation carried out with care and with constant online checks at every stage.
Every individual ready garment go through light machine & manual checks before final pressing.
Final pressing done by steam press or hand iron according to fabric composition.
Final examination carried out for measurements and all other parameters according to customer requirements.

We offer a fully scalable solution for embroidery onto our stock sweaters, cardigans, jumpers, accessories and bespoke styles from our factory.
